The diagram is a graphical image to show that the nappy/nappy pants have good absorbency and therefore can provide protection against leaks. As an indicative guide each cup holds a different liquid capacity and varies by nappy size.
Newborn : 1 cup = 25 ml
Infant : 1 cup = 30 ml
Crawler : 1 cup = 40 ml
Toddler: 1 cup = 50 ml
Walker : 1 cup = 60 ml
Junior: 1 cup = 70 ml
BabyLove Cosifit™ has a breathable cover to ensure that when the nappy is damp, moisture is able to escape through the outer layers, therefore reducing the risk of skin problems. The design of the holes in the back waist band area further assists with this breathability function.
While stretchy tabs can provide extra flexibility on the waistline, the elasticity of the stretchy tabs can wear off very quickly causing the nappy to sag when wet.
By combining our larger stretchy waist back and Cosifit™ leg elastics with non-stretch tabs, BabyLove provides a comfortable and snug fit nappy that won’t sag easily when wet.
At BabyLove, we are constantly listening and learning from mums and dads, to ensure we have the best nappy for the job!
What we have heard is that something that really frustrates parents is runny poo leakage amongst newborn and infant babies (when poo tends to be runnier!). Therefore, we have made a change to the absorbent pad inside our nappies. The pad is now longer and extends right into the waistband at the back, catching and absorbing more runny poo.
We have also added a diamond embossed pattern to the top sheet of the nappy. This works to disperse liquid more evenly across the nappy, so baby stays dryer and more comfortable.
Other than these two great changes, BabyLove Cosifit Newborn and Infant nappies remain the same shape, fit and softness as before.
The only change to BabyLove Cosifit nappies sized 3-6 is the update of the print designs on the nappies themselves. All BabyLove Cosifit nappies continue to feature the same shape, fit, softness and absorbency that you know and love.
We have updated our Jumbo Packs, and changed them from box packaging to bag packaging. We’ve done this to make parent’s lives easier. The box was large and bulky and took up a lot of space in a shopping trolley, and was really difficult to carry when also trying to juggle a baby and a pram! The bag is a lot more compact, and has a convenient carry handle, so you can hook it over the trolley or pram and have your hands free!
BabyLove Cosifit™ nappies have undergone significant laboratory and home use testing and can last up to 12 hours. However, every child is different in shape and size, so occasionally leakage problems may occur. Other factors, such as how often the child urinates or has a bowel movement may also affect the absorbency of the nappy. The weight range on the pack is a guide only, to help Mums and Dads determine the best size nappy for their child. Sometimes, moving to the next size up will stop leakage issues.
Our Cosifit™ nappy has a “Double Support Gather”, designed to follow your baby’s movements, prevent gaps and greatly assist in preventing leakage. With our revolutionary design, it distributes the pressure from the leg band elastic, helping prevent red marks, while maintaining superior leakage protection.
Yes, we recently updated our packaging so it reflects Babylove’s fresh and contemporary brand. The print design on the BabyLove Cosifit nappies have also been updated to provide contemporary designs we know Australian parents are looking for. All BabyLove Cosifit nappies continue to feature the same shape, fit, softness and absorbency that you know and love.
Our focus has always been to provide the highest quality products with the most innovative technology at the best possible price for our parents. Over the past few years, we have brought innovations such as DriWave technology to keep the surface of the nappy drier, quickly and repeatedly, and CosiFit Contour technology to reduce leaks and red marks, and contour to babies’ bodies for a better fit. Unfortunately, the material costs we incur in manufacturing our nappies have increased as a result of these innovations and through market pressures. Rather than increase the RRP of our premium quality nappies, we have had to reduce the number of pieces per pack. We have made every effort to ensure our BabyLove Cosifit nappies can remain affordable for Australian parents.
